Access statement
Plantation Cottage is set 40 metres back
from the road and is accessed via our
gravel drive which has ample off road
parking in front of stables.
A sandstone flag patio leads to front door with one step
into the hallway. Both bedrooms are situated on the first
floor, the staircase to which has 9 steps to a small landing
area and 4 further steps.
For added security the residence is Illuminated at night
by motion sensor lighting..
Our resident car park attendant - will work for 3 carrots an hour
